Amber began her career as an administrative assistant and quickly realized she wanted to focus on staffing. During a 6-year tenure at IQ Resource Group, she worked her way up the ladder – from recruiter to senior recruiter to branch manager. Industry demand for her skills increased, and she worked at a different recruiting agency before moving into HR for her current employer.
